Villa Vale is a lovingly decorated holiday home, a perfect Villa to visit if you want to have a wonderful vacation with your family or friends.
It is located on the Island Krk in the small village Kornic. The villa is perfectly situated between harbour Punat and the traditional town of Krk, on a favourable location, just a short walk away from the nearest beach.
Villa Vale is a fully equipped holiday home which will make your family or friends feel at home.
Villa Vale can host 8+2 guests and it will offer you total comfort during your perfect vacation.
The villa consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all of which have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Villa Vale is decorated stylishly with attention to detail, providing total comfort for its guests.
The simplicity of the white walls is enriched with numerous themed images of the Island Krk, creating a charmed environment.
On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious, open-plan living room and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a convenient guest toilet and the fourth bedroom.
The first floor has three bedrooms, two of which have access to the beautiful balcony with a nice sea view. The fourth bedroom includes a comfortable sofa bed which can be setup for an additional two people.
The entire villa is connected by internal stairs and is fully air-conditioned. If you’re planning to visit us in spring/autumn during colder weather a pellet stove is available.
The swimming pool is reheated and it is open from 15th of May till 1st October.
Beside the house there is an enjoyable garden with a private heated pool and cosy sun loungers where you will surely be able to relax and enjoy your perfect holiday with family or friends.

Price List
Price list (prices per night) for holiday home Villa Vale in 2025/2026.
Prices quoted are for accommodation of up to 8 persons. There is also option + 2 on sofa bed in bedroom 4 (ideal for children). Additional baby crib(cot) is available.
If you wish to visit house in lower occupancy(up to 4), please send us inquiry so we can come back to you with new rate which will apply for your desired occupancy. This option is available in periods from April -May, September - October.
Payment and cancellation conditions:
Advance payment of 30% is compulsory. Advance payment may be done by bank transfer.
If cancellation is received 90 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full.
If cancellation is received between 60-90 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in 50% amount.
In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.
Security deposit in the amount of € 300, collected at check-in, will be refunded at check-out. In case of any damage, security deposit will not be refunded.

Use of pool is from 15th May till 1st October, pool is reheated.
No pets are allowed in the house.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
