Villa Vale is a lovingly decorated holiday home, a perfect Villa to visit if you want to have a wonderful vacation with your family or friends.
It is located on the Island Krk in the small village Kornic. The villa is perfectly situated between harbour Punat and the traditional town of Krk, on a favourable location, just a short walk away from the nearest beach.
Villa Vale is a fully equipped holiday home which will make your family or friends feel at home.
Villa Vale can host 8+2 guests and it will offer you total comfort during your perfect vacation.
The villa consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all of which have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Villa Vale is decorated stylishly with attention to detail, providing total comfort for its guests.
The simplicity of the white walls is enriched with numerous themed images of the Island Krk, creating a charmed environment.
On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious, open-plan living room and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a convenient guest toilet and the fourth bedroom.
The first floor has three bedrooms, two of which have access to the beautiful balcony with a nice sea view. The fourth bedroom includes a comfortable sofa bed which can be setup for an additional two people.
The entire villa is connected by internal stairs and is fully air-conditioned. If you’re planning to visit us in spring/autumn during colder weather a pellet stove is available.
The swimming pool is reheated and it is open from 15th of May till 1st October.
Beside the house there is an enjoyable garden with a private heated pool and cosy sun loungers where you will surely be able to relax and enjoy your perfect holiday with family or friends.
The villa boats two very different terrace areas. One terrace is decorated with a cosy lounge area overlooking the pool and garden, while the other terrace presents a lovely outdoor dining area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen on one end and a charcoal/gas barbecue on the other. The second terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your meals during relaxed summer evenings.
The youngest members of your group can enjoy the indoor playground while resting from pool and garden activities.

Price list (prices per night) for holiday home Villa Vale in 2024.
Prices quoted are for accommodation of up to 8 persons. There is also option + 2 on sofa bed in bedroom 4 (ideal for children). Additional baby crib(cot) is available.
If you wish to visit house in lower occupancy(up to 4), please send us inquiry so we can come back to you with new rate which will apply for your desired occupancy. This option is available in periods from April -May, September - October.
Payment and cancellation conditions:
Advance payment of 30% is compulsory. Advance payment may be done by bank transfer.
If cancellation is received 60 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full.
In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.
Security deposit in the amount of € 300, collected at check-in, will be refunded at check-out. In case of any damage, security deposit will not be refunded.

Use of pool is from 15th May till 1st October, pool is reheated.
No pets are allowed in the house.

Vila Vale
Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinde) im August 2021 Gäste der Villa Vale. Die Villa ist geräumig und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Zudem ist der Außenbereich sehr durchdacht angelegt. Überall sind unter den Olivenbäumen schattige Plätzchen und die Kids sind im Blick. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt und der BBQ Bereich ist sogar mit einer Grill Plancha ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer klimatisiert. Der Standort ist optimal um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Strände bei Baska und Vrbnik sind in 15-20 zu erreichen. Natürlich sind auch Strände fußläufig erreichbar. Empfehlung: Die Sitzpolster der Lounge vor dem Pool sind etwas unbequem.
Zusammenfassung: Top Villa mit sehr guter Ausstattung in perfekter Lage.

Vielen Dank an Stanko und Daniela für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Ihre Villa befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Das stilvolle und moderne Innendesign hat uns einen wunderschönen mehrtägigen Urlaub beschert. Pool und Grill lassen auch keine Wünsche offen! Die Insel Krk ist noch ziemlich unerforscht geblieben, daher planen wir jetzt schon unsere Rückkehr. Stanko und Daniela, wir sehen uns in Jahr 2020 bestimmt wieder!

The house was AMAZING, inside, and outside. There was everything that we needed. Wonderfull outdoor area. Outdoor kitchen, nice pool. Nice placed to relax or enjoy the sun. Beautiful olive trees. Lovely with aircon in all rooms. Tastefull and beautifull rooms., and very clean... Everything was just perfect. The hosts was perfect. Thank you Stanko and Danijela., soo kind and helpfull. Lovely restaurant 200 m from the house. A baker with all you wish 100 m from det house. You can walk to the beach.
